Disappointingly Long wait
The concert didn't start until 9pm. The tickets and venue website said 8pm. If this was intentional, it should have been made clear that the show would start at 9pm. If there was some sort of delay, an announcement should have been made that the concert was starting late. It felt really disrespectful to the fans that our time wasn't worth anything. For me, this was a lot if money to spend. I LOVE Prince Royce. I traveled from Minnesota to see him. Everyone I spoke with while we were waiting said they all thought the concert started at 8pm also. Once the concert started it was good and he engaged with the audience. But it was an overall bad experience because of the hour long wait.
